At Huxbaby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return full-priced items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all Huxbaby tags still attached.

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the provided shipping label or address the parcel to our warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
